                            Our new range of low-cost cured meats is prepared from pork sourced close to the workshop in France or on the Spanish border and is cooked by our Master Artisan butcher Hervé in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). Our Pure Pork Sausage is seasoned with just the right amount of salt and spices and is very dry. In the mouth, we find a beautiful balance which highlights the taste of matured meat. Its 200g format is suitable for 2 to 3 people, a pleasure as an aperitif!
