Our gorgeous Lemon Pepper is fresh, warm tangy, perfect for roast chicken, fish lots more. Throw some on a chicken or other meats before roasting, or add a few chopped herbs for a fish dish. For a classic Lemon Chicken recipe, mix 1-2 tsp of the rub to 1/4 cup of flour, then evenly coat 2 flattened chicken breasts. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil butter until done serve with veggies, rice or salad leaves. For a super simple dressing, add 2 tsp of the rub to a drizzle of rapeseed or olive oil shake well until combined. Drizzle over anything! For a treat, arrange asparagus in a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil a generous pinch of the rub. Add grated parmesan roast for 8-10 minutes in a hot oven. Delicious!
