
Oolong Topaz GABA Tea has such an oxidation level (around 35%) that it can be inserted between two of our other products: GABA Emerald Green Tea and GABA Amber Oolong Tea. The positioning of this tea, compared to the two just mentioned, is useful for observing how the taste expression of gamma-aminobutyric acid can change based on the oxidation of the camellia leaf. Often, in fact, in GABA oolongs with high oxidation, a full-bodied infusion is obtained, capable of giving a pleasant sensation of warmth but with a taste that is difficult to define. Thanks to the moderate oxidation of Oolong Topaz GABA Tea, however, it is possible to have a clearer tasting experience that could bring you closer to products rich in gamma-aminobutyric acid. In the cup, the infusion shows a fairly rich taste profile.
