Oolong White Buds Chelan tea 50gr

Oolong White Buds Chelan Tea comes from a variety of camellia with a medium-sized leaf quite widespread in the Fujian region. 

By conformation, the White Chelan variety has many characteristics in common with the Tie Guan Yin cultivar even if, from an aromatic point of view, it goes more towards soft and floral tones. 

When it comes to such delicate products, often, as in this case, we tend to roast the leaves for longer times during processing. 

In this way it is possible to accentuate the sweet parts and give more body to the drink.   Oolong White Buds Chelan Tea shows signs of a longer roasting time in the cup thanks to its calm nutty flavor and medium intensity body. 

In addition to this softness, however, there are still some dark vegetal notes that give a sense of depth to the tea and a pleasant sense of cleanliness in the mouth at the end of the drink. 

On the palate and in the aftertaste, however, a sense of freshness and light sweetness are revealed.
