Kamairi Tamaryokucha organic green tea 50 gr

Kamairi Tamaryokucha Organic Green Tea is a light-tasting green tea with an excellent refreshing aroma, almost a hybrid between Chinese tea and Japanese tea. 
While most Japanese green tea (Sencha or Gyokuro) is steamed immediately after harvesting, this tea is roasted to stop the oxidation of the leaves. 
The taste is extremely light and refreshing, but still maintains the umami typical of Japanese green tea. 
Place of origin Saga, Japan Infusion method Place 5 grams of green tea leaves (about three teaspoons) in a Japanese teapot of the Kyusu type or, in the absence of the latter, in a teapot possibly with a wide and flat bottom. 
Pour 200 ml of water at a temperature of 70°C on the leaves and after a minute and a half you can start pouring the infusion into the cups. 
To make the most of the leaves and continue the taste experience with this tea, we also recommend making three more infusions of the same leaves with the same quantity and temperature parameters but extending the infusion time by 5-10 seconds. 
The tea can be filtered for greater ease when tasting it and the infusion times indicated above are also purely indicative, so you can also adjust it based on your personal taste. 
Since we are talking about Japanese green tea, let's remember that it is also possible to make a delicious infusion in cold water before proceeding with hot water. 
For the latter we recommend an infusion time of around 10 minutes with the same grams of leaves per quantity of water. 
It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
