The leaves of Sencha Sayuri organic green tea, originating from Kirishima (Kagoshima), were harvested by machine at the beginning of spring. 

Coming from the Saemidori cultivar, the leaves were shaded for 10 days, a technique used to intensify umami and reduce astringency, obtaining a sweet, delicate and persuasive, slightly toasted taste. Place of origin Kirishima, Kagoshima, Japan
