A single leaf of Jade Snail 1st Grade Organic Green Tea is rolled around a bud, creating a snail shape and then cooked until it achieves that distinctive roasted aroma. 

The tea has a distinct fresh and mellow taste. 

This organic tea comes from Jingmai Mountain in the famous Puer Autonomous Province, Yunnan.   Place of origin Jingmai – Puer, China Preparation We highly recommend infusing this tea in the traditional Chinese method (gong fu cha) to best enjoy these leaves. 

Following this preparation, 4 grams of leaves (about 3 teaspoons) can be used in a gaiwan of about 100 ml to obtain several infusions with different tastes.
