We reinvent new applications for tigernut. We are in Rocafort, in the heart of Horta Nord de València. We live next to the field, the product and the wealth of the land. Our products are made with the utmost respect for the best that the earth gives us. That is why Tiggy offers an incredible flavor, with an extraordinary texture but with balanced nutritional values. Lactose free, palm oil free, 100% vegan and with less sugar.
In our products there is a lower sugar content compared to other conventional creams. Specifically, between 40 and 50% less.
It is important to maintain a balanced diet and limit sugar consumption. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends reducing your daily sugar intake to 25 grams.
The tigernut is the main element of our creations. Full of vitamins, minerals, and with multiple properties. Suitable for lactose intolerant. It is considered a super food. Ours is also DO València.
The tigernut is not a dried fruit, it is a tuber. It is a source of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and polyphenols. It is a super food suitable for pregnant mothers (with a great contribution of arginine), children and adolescents (contribution of micronutrients), vegetarians (contribution of vitamin B12, D and calcium) and athletes (contribution of minerals). In addition, it can improve various pathological situations related to diet such as anemia, lactose intolerance, hypertension, constipation or obesity, among others.
Cocoa Evergreen plant. The scientific name of the tree where it grows is ‘theobroma cacao’. Its seeds, which are cocoa beans, have a high level of fat, carbohydrates and proteins, but they also contain magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, caffeine, antioxidants and water, among others.
