Bull gardianne is a typical Provençal dish that showcases Camargue bull meat (Protected Designation of Origin), cooked like a red wine stew, and served with potatoes in this jar. Serve hot (3 minutes with the jar closed in the microwave or pour the contents into a saucepan and reheat over low heat). Store at room temperature before opening. DDM: 2 years.
