Cider brandy

To develop this Normandy AOC cider eau-de-vie, as close as possible to the fruit and the terroir, we use a unique process by assembling two cider eaux-de-vie. The first comes from column distillation in the English Channel. It brings fruity, nervousness and freshness. The second comes from a double “ironing” distillation in the AOC Calvados Pays d'Auge. It brings more complexity, fat and a nuanced fruitiness, floral and spicy. A fine, supple author's brandy, to serve as a digestif or in cocktails.
