Tricky Cider is produces traditional still and sparkling farmhouse ciders using fruit collected from old orchards across the Somerset levels. At Tricky we believe that real craft cider is not getting the recognition it deserves. Our cider is made only made from bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples we pick ourselves, never using concentrate and without additives or acids or artificial sugars. We open ferment our cider using natural airborne yeasts at the farm high on the Blackdown hills in Somerset. We would like to help sustain old orchards and with a modern approach introduce this fantastic drink to as wide an audience as possible.
