Originally from Indonesia, nutmeg has been used since the Middle Ages for its organoleptic and therapeutic properties.   Nutmeg mace, less well known, is the natural shell of the nut.   It is also called aril, or nutmeg flower.   Its superb colors, from orange-yellow to bright red, herald an incredible fragrance.   It is more precise, more refined than that of walnuts, but also more powerful, with a spicy and peppery side.   Thus, you will be able to appreciate the richness of nutmeg in its entirety and juggle with its subtleties.   Our Nutmeg is available in several formats: glass bottle of 35 g and 70 g as well as in a 250 gram refill sachet.
