Vee's coffee (pronounced Wie's, meaning the English "V" for victory based on Winston Churchill, former Prime Minister of Great Britain, (lived 1875 - 1965) is a pleasure of the highest quality. Because we only roast Arabica gourmet coffee by hand. Coffee beans from the best locations, so-called Grand Cru coffees from Indonesia, East Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America: 95% of the world's best Arabica beans for the finest aromas and blend them with 5% washed Robuste for a stable, silky crema.
And as early as 1999, since our successful existence, it was we who coined the term finest "grand cru coffee". Many imitators of the use of the term "grand cru coffee" have followed us - the sensitive palates of our customers decide whether the imitators have reached our aromas in variety and quality.
Because only the Grand Cru coffee beans, which ripen more slowly and are therefore considerably harder in high mountain regions and under excellent climatic conditions, are suitable for our very careful, intensive and significantly more aromatic roasting. This allows our coffees to unfold their diverse aromas and all characteristic taste nuances without restriction. As a result, Vee's coffee has significantly less acidity, significantly more body and distinctive, long-lasting aromas. Because the disruptive caffeic acid (chlorogenic acid) has almost completely decomposed due to the longer roasting process. That's why our freshly ground beans exude an intense coffee aroma that fully unfolds in the cup. A perfect pleasure.
