“LiKe” stands for “discover passions in coffee”. There are so many aromas in green coffee that can only be awakened by the perfect roasting process, unfold when brewing and then become a real experience in the form of smell and taste. We have dedicated ourselves to this art of roasting and the composition of harmonious coffees. We only use high-quality coffee beans, which we purchase from selected retailers directly after they have been imported into Hamburg. With the help of patience and concentration, the right craftsmanship and our trusty Probat drum roaster from 1958, we have been creating perfect coffees and espressos since 2017. Freshly roasted in small quantities and filled by hand for you, it is not subjected to any further preservation or processing, i. H. neither vacuumed nor provided with additives of any kind. This is the only way for the coffee to retain its original aroma.
