Terroir: Clay-Limestone “La Croupe de Lestang” Grape variety: 100% Malbec Vinification: Harvested at full maturity, The objective is to express the characteristics of the grape variety and the place as much as possible. And to capture in the bottle the magnificent aromas that we observe during fermentation. Mill. 2022: certified organic FR-BIO-16, selection "Terroir Rosés" and "Bordeaux Pirate" Tasting: The freshness of the Malbec grape variety perfectly balances the sugar. The aromas are surprisingly fruity and intense. On the palate, complexity, smoothness and persistence prolong the astonishment. There is truly no wine that compares to this treat that came out of nowhere! Its History: In our range, we have had for a very long time an atypical rosé wine: clairet. For several years, we have been vinifying our Sauvignon Gris into a sweet white wine accompanied by Sémillon. This gave us the idea of testing what Malbec vinified into sweet wine could produce. The candy exceeded our expectations! Drinking times: This wine should be served chilled but not iced between 8 and 12°C. So atypical that everyone can give free rein to their imagination. Aperitif, cocktail, fresh foie gras, strawberry cake? Surprise your friends, dare, trust your desires and your intuitions!
