Volcano Etna Dry Gin

It was born with the idea of bottling inebriating perfumes and aromas of a spring sunset on Etna. Juniper, reference botanist of Gins, on Etna it finds its ideal habitat; like the broom, the absolute protagonist with its color and dazzling scent. In the infusion we add the wild fennel which gives pride with spicy notes, bitter orange for a fresh and expressive acidity and hazelnut for greater roundness and balance. Volcano is a gin with elegant features and an aromatic and spicy character. During a walk throught the lava path of Volcano Etna we decided to bottle that astonishing perfumes and aromas. On Etna juniper found its perfect habitat. The Broom flower, having this beautiful bittersweet taste, it is the first botanical to break the lava rocks and restart life after an eruption. We infuse wild fennel to enrich the aromatic character, bitter orange for an expressive acidity and freshness hazelnuts to add a distinctive bodied elegance.
