Known and consumed since antiquity, it develops large tuberculous roots with very advantageous food characteristics. Beyond its taste slightly reminiscent of hazelnuts, tigernuts is rich in fiber, vegetable protein and in trace elements. It is particularly indicated in the case diets or food readjustments since the flour nutgrass provides natural satiety while offering nutritional qualities. Sweet by nature, it is also a plant used for its energy values which promote the assimilation of fast sugars. It is from this plant that we let's get a tasty and healthy organic flour. HOW TO USE SOUCHET FLOUR? Our organic tigernuts flour can be used like any other plain flour. You can use it as is or incorporated into your usual flour. It is therefore possible for you to cook desserts with, such as cookies, chocolate cake or more apple crumbles, while offering its light taste of hazelnut. Apart from the sweet, it is possible to make bread with tiger nut flour or to incorporate it into its recipes for mueslis or fresh fruit juice.
