Faveroles flour is used for the preparation of falafels. You can also use it at 3% to mix it with bread flour to make its crumb honeycombed and lighter. Our French flours are freshly ground on an Astrié mill, a mill which allows us to obtain the best quality flour, as efficiently as possible. With an extraction rate of at least 80% in a single pass, the flour is neither heated nor oxidized. This effectively produces flour of exceptional nutritional finesse, a true reflection of our wheat or cereals.
