We are David LE FUR and Elise Pelé. Our farm is located in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande and includes 60 carnations. We harvest coarse salt and flower in an artisanal and traditional way. Independent salt workers, we sell our harvests to individuals and professionals under the IGP label which guarantees the origin and quality of our products. Our salt does not undergo any treatment, modification, refining or ionization. It is a natural product from the ocean, the sun and the wind. Our Fleur de sel and our Gros sel de Guérande are harvested, sorted, sifted (Gros sel) and packaged by us in order to control the quality of our products.
