Hello, Antoine and Henri, farmers for many years, created "Le Coeur des Champs" at the very beginning of 2020. Production is therefore done on two farms, one in Epinay-sur-Odon at Antoine's, the other in Vaucelles , near Bayeux, at Henri's.
The farms are organic. We carry out the sorting and bagging ourselves.
