Sandrine and Jérôme Hancké, independent salt workers in the salt marshes of Guérande for more than 15 years.
We harvest our fleur de sel and coarse salt manually, in the traditional way. We also sort and condition our salt by hand; simply, without any transformation or chemical addition. Nothing but sodium chloride, minerals and trace elements which come from clay and sea water and which give it its particular taste. We adhere to the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication label) in order to guarantee the origin of the terroir and the Guérande know-how.
To vary the uses, we offer our salts combined with organic spices, for which we have been certified organic since March 2021.
