Dark chocolate bar, Cuzco 71% - Limited series

The Chuncho variety is considered a true heritage of Peru. Its atypical growing conditions at an altitude of 1200m make it unique. In the Cuzco region, near Machu Picchu, the Appcacao cooperative is committed to the conservation of Chuncho and brings together 110 small plantations of excellence, exporting only micro-lots. Hence this very limited edition. Our chocolate won the bronze medal at the prestigious Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat 2024.
