Gin Birdie Timut

Timut is a complex and balanced blend between the typical flavors of Nepal and the Middle East. The famous Timut pepper, with citrus aromas, is associated in this Damascus rose gin. This gin is made from six different botanicals: Juniper berry, Timut pepper, Damask rose, peppermint, coriander and cardamom. Taste profile On the nose, aromas of rose and grapefruit emanate delicately. This gin is complex on the palate, with a peppery attack, followed by aromas of rose and cardamom. The finish is marked by subtle aromas of mint.
