Fleur de sel with Yuzu grown in Saint Malo

It is a village called Umaji in the mountains of Kochi Prefecture on the island of Shikoku where Yuzu was born. This citrus fruit has enabled the development of a whole community. The climate of the Pays de Saint-Malo is entirely favorable to the cultivation of this fruit.
