What is a beer? Behind the answer to this somewhat strange question, however, lies the uniqueness of each brewery, its signature.
At the Brasserie Otherwise we have our answer: a beer is the alliance between tradition and modernity.
The tradition perpetuated by the brewing of cereals by hand, at Le Fourquet, in milk tanks recycled into brewing vats. The tradition again by the preponderant place left to malts, yeasts, hops. A beer must immediately make sense to the consumer, it must reconnect with its roots.
