The Boulette d'Avesnes Fermière red Marie-Anne CANTIN selection is an Avesnois cheese specialty. It is a mixture of fresh Maroilles cheese and refined, shell-free Maroilles cheese. It is kneaded and enriched with salt, pepper, tarragon and coated with paprika. Conical in shape, it is shaped manually. We suggest you taste it accompanied by a red Burgundy or a red or amber beer. Weight varies depending on ripening. For you, the cheeses are refined in our cellars with daily care to delight your taste buds. The weight of all individual cheeses can therefore vary depending on the ripening.
