Organic garlic and fine herbs apérivache

The little raw cow's milk corks are the result of lactic fermentation of curdled raw milk, naturally pre-drained, molded in small cylindrical moulds, unmolded, left to drain and finally matured slowly. They are sprinkled and coated with garlic and herbs, which gives them a creamy texture with a taste of garlic and herbs.
