Gruyère d'Alpage AOP is a cheese of Swiss origin. It is above all thanks to artisanal know-how dating back to the 13th century and a tradition passed down from generation to generation that Le Gruyère AOP retains its inimitable taste and impeccable quality. The production of Gruyère AOP follows a strict procedure, each step of which is followed to the letter by milk producers, cheesemakers and refiners. This know-how has been sealed since 2001 by specifications, approved by the Federal Office for Agriculture. For you, the cheeses are refined in our cellars with daily care to delight your taste buds. The weight of all individual cheeses can therefore vary depending on the ripening.
