ROLLOT selection Marie-Anne CANTIN The rollot was created by monks who settled near Montdidier, in Picardy, at the beginning of the 17th century. Under its orange crust, the rollot has a tangy, fruity taste quite similar to Maroilles. However, as it is smaller, it develops less power. About 200 gr For you, the cheeses are refined in our cellars with daily care in order to delight your taste buds. The weight of all individual cheeses can therefore vary depending on the ripening.
