ROLLOT selection Marie-Anne CANTIN The rollot was created by monks who settled near Montdidier, in Picardy, at the beginning of the 17th century. Under its orange crust, the rollot has a tangy, fruity taste quite similar to Maroilles. However, as it is smaller, it develops less power.
