The rosette of about 750g, is handcrafted. It dries for 8 to 10 weeks minimum. Ideal for making slices. Tasting advice: Thinly sliced as an aperitif with other cold cuts or as a starter with a good country bread and a little butter. Allergens *: lactose, may contain traces of mustard
