The 2.00kg 1/2 boneless ham has been matured and dried for 12 to 14 months and can be stored wrapped in a cotton cloth in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator. Our ham is salted and dried at the Maison du Jambon de Bayonne. It is the only product that contains a preservative.
