The Bodega Serrano half ham is dried and matured in the Spanish soil for at least 10 months. It is characterized by a meat that is not very fibrous, tender and just salty, ideal to accompany your appetizers, snacks or simply as a starter with a knob of butter or a pickle in vinegar. Bodega Serrano Half Ham is a traditional Spanish cold cut. This product comes from Spanish gastronomic culture and represents a smaller and more practical alternative to whole ham, while retaining all its taste qualities. Serrano ham is made from the thigh of white pigs raised in Spain. White pigs come from non-Iberian breeds. These pigs are usually fed on cereals and legumes. Minimum weight: 2 kg
