The Iberian Cebo de Campo ham (whole shoulder) is known as the front leg of pigs of Iberian origin raised freely in the pastures of the Iberian Peninsula where they feed on acorns during the Montanera period (the time when acorns fall from the oaks). Refined for 24 to 36 months in our natural dryers in Huelva. Very infiltrated ham that leaves powerful and unique hazelnut aromas in the mouth. Minimum weight: 5 kg
