Quarter Cebo Pata Negra Iberian Ham 36 months curing, boneless Cebo Iberian ham comes from an Iberian breed pig but fed only on cereals. Raised in semi-freedom in the Salamanca region, it is matured for 36 months. The Iberian pig is a very dark colored pig, sometimes very close to black in color and has a slightly nutty taste.
