1/4 boneless ham of 1.00kg has been matured and dried for 18 to 24 months and can be stored wrapped in a cotton cloth in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator. Our ham is salted and dried at the Maison du Jambon de Bayonne. This is the only product that contains a preservative.
