Sliced free-range white ham without additives

Package of 4 to 5 slices (200 gr). Real white ham made from a single ham. Without nitrite salt, it will make you rediscover the taste of traditional ham. Tender as desired, white ham is appreciated by young and old alike. To give a pink color to our farmhouse white ham, we replaced the sodium nitrate (E250) with a vegetable broth including chard and carrots.
