This ham of certified origin is carefully prepared by passionate artisans, who perpetuate the ancestral know-how of traditional Spanish curing. The Bellota 50% Iberian comes from crossbred Iberian pigs, raised freely in the dehesas (pastures) of Salamanca. These animals benefit from a natural diet based on acorns (bellota) during the Montanera, the fattening period. This diet gives their meat a complex and refined flavor, a melting texture and an infiltration of marbled fat, characteristic of the best Iberian hams. Minimum weight: 8 kg
