Our rolled breast (or ventrèche) comes from pigs raised in our region, Occitanie and carefully selected by our breeders. The meat is delicately cut by hand in an artisanal way. It is then richly seasoned, which gives it a savory taste. Dried for 6 long weeks, it is finally ready to reveal all its flavors to our customers.
