Our carpaccio is made from pork loin. It's a very lean, excellent part. Pork carpaccio is made from pork loin, salted and seasoned with pepper, sage spices and natural flavors, left in brine for about 7 days, then smoked over olive wood and left to dry for another 15 days. •Packaging: sold individually, weighing approximately 1.725 kg. •Price/kg: €22.20 excluding VAT. •Country of origin: Italy. •DLC: approximately 6 months.
