Guanciale from Puglia

Guanciale is a great classic of Italian cuisine. Guanciale is made from the cheek of the pig. The meat, seasoned and salted with natural spices, is brined for about 8/9 days and massaged daily, then dried for about 8 days and finally matured for 60 days. Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, spices and seasoning. Guanciale is gluten-free and is available in vacuum-packed pieces of approximately 1.2 kg with a shelf life of 6 months.Price per kg: €16 excluding VAT - Sold individually
