The Aveyron Perche dry sausage is the flagship product of the greater Causses d’Aveyron region. Dried slowly between 3 to 5 weeks in our cellars, thus allowing its natural grey-green flower to develop, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without colouring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string. , which gives it an authentic artisanal manufacture. This product is subject to desiccation.
