Developed under the sun and the generosity of the South-West, our Sweet Chorizo will delight your taste buds with its light spicy notes. The particularity of our Chorizo Doux à la française is that it is worked like a dry Pure Pork sausage. Dried slowly between 3 to 5 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string, which gives it an authentic artisanal production. This product is subject to desiccation.
