Cetarii was founded in 1995, with the primary aim of preserving, through a careful choice of products, all those food fish traditions such as Mediterranean bluefin tuna in oil, ventresca, mackerel, albacore, tuna roe, anchovies in oil and salt and the anchovy sauce, products that are an expression of the typicality of the area and of a genuine diet.
Today, as then, our products are prepared respecting those values of the past such as the anchovies fished with the cianciolo technique and arranged in alternating layers of salt and covered with the traditional tompagno and red tuna fillets and yellow fins carefully preserved under oil or natural. Everything you can offer to taste Cetara, this small and unique seaside village.
