Its average yield is 40 hectoliters per hectare. Maceration takes place over 4 weeks, which gives it structure and the ability to improve over time. Aging in barrels for at least 12 months gives it its complexity. Intense ruby color, its slightly woody aromas with toasted notes are very pleasant. On the palate, we find red fruits and a balanced structure. To be enjoyed at room temperature with red and white meats, it goes perfectly with cow's milk cheeses. 60% Merlot 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Malbec 14% Vol. Silver medal at the Millésime Bio competition and at the Expression Bio Nouvelle Aquitaine competition
