Perla Nera Riserva Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC

Obtained from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes.  The late harvest and the slight drying of the bunch on the vine allows us to obtain richer fruit and optimal tannin maturation.  Thus is born a wine that is able to express the strength, character and typicality of the Montepulciano grape of Abruzzo.  The color is intense and deep ruby ​​red with purple hues.  The nose opens with an extraordinary breadth of perfectly ripe and concentrated aromas.  A persuasive and harmonious fruitiness offers hints of ripe sugared fruit and fine spicy notes deriving from the 18-month refinement in oak barrels.  On the palate it reflects the frankness of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and highlights soft tannins, pulpiness and long persistence.   It pairs excellently with red meats, game and spicy cheeses typical of the land of origin.
