In the Middle Ages the monks cultivated it for its virtues anaphrodisiacs (although no studies have been able to prove this power). It also aids digestion and is a good anti-inflammatory. This bay is small, and is adorned with different colors, gray, white and brown. On the palate we detect light floral notes as well as what a beautiful bitterness.
