Tuna logs in olive oil 190gr

Clean tuna logs, uniform in size and placed neatly in the container.   The olive oil used as a covering liquid provides oleic acid.   The union of both gives rise to a food that is extraordinarily beneficial for health.   Tuna logs (sp.   Katsuwomus Pelamis) have a pale, slightly pinkish color.   Well-defined layers or flakes of compact and juicy meat are observed.   Mild flavor but with personality, different from other canned tuna.    Artisan-made preserves.
