The availability of the product depends on the fishing campaign and the times of year authorized for this purpose. CAPTURE La Almadrabeta, with a system very similar to that used in tuna fishing, selectively catches fish that will enter the area delimited for this purpose, thanks to the extended nets that will lead the species to the barges. This type of artisanal fishing allows workers to discard products in the sea, preventing them from having to be discarded later.
