Wild Bluefin Tuna Tasting Lot

Wild Red Tuna tasting lot, made in an artisanal way. Contains Morrillo, ventresca and tarantelo of Wild Strait Bluefin Tuna, each preserve weighing 237 grams, net weight.    The morrillo is extracted from the largest tunas and is located on the top of the head. The tarantello is a triangular mass on the belly and discharged in the position anterior to the white tail. The belly, also known as sorra, ijada or toro (in Japanese, means “superior mellow”), is located in the ventral part of the tuna.    The olive oil used as a covering liquid in the three products provides oleic acid. The union of both gives rise to a food that is extraordinarily beneficial for health.
