Chestnut sweetness - "chestnut cream" with reduced sugar - 200 grams

Our chestnut sweetness is a lightly sweetened chestnut cream. To make this recipe, we use 75% chestnut and only 25% sugar. Thanks to its low sugar content, enjoy an intense chestnut flavor. To add texture, we deliberately left a few small pieces of melting fruit... We called our product "chestnut sweetness" because the name "chestnut cream" is reserved for products containing more than 50% total sugar, but our recipe only has 38% total sugar.  To consume it?
